Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can not offer a refund. Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive the item back in its original condition and will be credited back to the credit card/method of payment that you used to purchase. Please allow 7--14 days  for processing,

Items for return must be received back within 14 days of contacting us of your return we also recommend that you use insured with tracking to return your package.

We do not offer returns on jewelry or flip flops unless it's damaged when received, we can only offer exchange or store credits 

We can not pay for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.

We are not responsible for any customs fees 

We are not responsible and can not refund for any lost returns 

We can not give refunds just credits on orders that take longer than expected to come in because they are held in customs (unfortunately we have no control of customs releasing our packages )

 

We can not accept returns on earrings or masks.

Flip flops can only be exchanged for size,(no returns)  You must contact us immediately for the request absolutely no exchanges if they have been worn  

Damage
If the product is damaged due to a manufacturer defect we will replace it but you need to notify us immediately when received the damage products 

A refund can be issued (minus the shipping charges), to your original payment method, or we can have a replacement item(s) shipped as soon as possible, at no additional cost

If a package is damaged,  lost,  stolen, and misdelivered packages by USPS or any delivery carrier we used to ship the items they are the responsibility of the customer and the post office.  We will provide any documentation to the customer needed with tracking and delivery status to resolve issues related to this. 

Wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Orders can not be canceled, If items are not in stock and need to be ordered we need 2-3 weeks depending on the items and where they are coming from.
