Shipping & Returns

Product will be shipped within 7 days of order being placed.If you wish to return or exchange a product you must notify us at mxshop16@gmail.com within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product and reason for return, and we will contact you within 48 hours.Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging. Items for return must be received back to Mataxios Boutique within 14 days of advising of intention to return, and we advise that you use an insured and trackable shipping method. We do not pay for return shipping costs unless its determined the product is defective or damaged during the original shipping process. If you would like to exchange a product, we will advise you on the steps to order the new product and how to return the item to us.We do not offer refunds ,we will offer store credit or exchange only.
